Igniting Purpose

There is something undeniable about the energy of a fresh new year. To mark this beginning, the Cross Commission family gathered under the stars for a special start-of-year bonfire. It was an incredible night of laughter, warmth, and deep connection.

But beyond the crackling fire and the good company, the true warmth came from our shared purpose. As we looked ahead at the next twelve months, we discussed a crucial truth: setting goals is easy, but surrendering them is where the real journey begins. We took time to consciously hand over our plans, ambitions, and objectives for the year to the Lord.

In a world full of distractions, it is easy to drift away from our core mission. That is why our main takeaway for the night was simple yet powerful—we must not lose our focus. By keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, our path becomes clear. Whether the road ahead is smooth or rocky, looking to Him ensures we are always moving in the right direction.

We are excited to see what God does through Cross Commission this year as we walk forward with faith, focus, and hearts surrendered to Him!
